Clay graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2012 with a combined Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Communication and Media Studies (Major in Marketing).

 

He was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia in 2013.

 

Clay has spent the past thirteen years in private general practice, with a focus in civil and commercial litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency, and wills and probate matters. He is an experienced litigator who has conducted matters in all NSW state jurisdictions, interstate and federally, including appellate jurisdictions.
